The MERKUR 34 INOX razor series is also known among fans as ‘’HD’’, short for Heavy Duty. The razor earned this nickname in the 1980s due to its weight. The 34 INOX, made of satin-finished stainless steel, is also sophisticated: Few other safety razors can match the smooth and gentle results offered by this classic. In the MERKUR 1896 special edition, the razor comes with a leather case and razor blades in a gift box.
