DISTANCED SELLING AGREEMENT - RAZORUS.com

1.SUBJECT

This agreement is made between, SELLER and BUYER (Hereinafter PARTIES) for definition of selling and delivery conditions for the products which are made available by SELLER through its website www.RAZORUS.com (hereinafter SITE). By approving this agreement, PARTIES agree to undertake below defined responsibilities.

5. DELIVERY PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received within business days (from Monday to Friday) shall be processed within two business days. Orders received on statutory holidays or weekends shall be processed until the end of second business day right after the holiday or weekend.


6. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

All ordered products will be handed over to courier with the delivery address which the BUYER states in Purchase Order. If the BUYER states a third party person or address for delivery, the products will be sent with that address. All shipping and transfer costs are born by the BUYER as per the descriptions and conditions declared on SELLER's website. The BUYER will receive an e-mail from SELLER when the order is handed over to courier including the shipping information. Upon this information, the BUYER is responsible for organization of collection at the delivery address. In case the delivery can not be made due to faulty address or absence of BUYER at delivery address the order will be returned to SELLER and SELLER will issue a refund deducting the original shipping fee as well as all additional charges and penalties which applies for returning the package. In such cases, the order can be re-shipped upon BUYER's request and additional fee will apply.

If the buyer prefers to return the order or any part of it for the orders above free shipping treshold and the remaining order remains under this treshold, then BUYER agrees that the shipping fee applies to the remaining order.

SELLER reserves the right to limit, in its sole discreation, the provision and quantity of any product to any person or geographic area due to shipping or legal restrictions. Any offer for any product made on RAZORUS.com is void where prohibited. Any product, which may be ordered from SELLER through this website may be cancelled or deducted from the order due to such restrictions even if the order has been confirmed and BUYER's credit card has been charged. In such cases, SELLER undertakes the issuance of an immediate credit to BUYER's credit card account in the amount of cancellation.


7. PRICES & MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRICES

The declared prices on the website are selling prices and are subject to change without notification. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an either typographical or informational error, SELLER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed and BUYER's credit card has been charged. In such cases, SELLER undertakes the issuance of an immediate credit to BUYER's credit card account in the amount of cancellation.

8. RIGHT OF RETURN

The BUYER is entitled to return the products without assuming any legal or penal liability and without any justification within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the products to the delivery address as per the order. SELLER agrees to issue a full refund to BUYER's credit card (or other payment method) for the price of any product that BUYER returns and applicable taxes paid on the products value (minus the shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes on the shipping and handling charges). To use the right of return, BUYER shall complete the "Return Form" under "My Orders" page of his account or apply per e-mail to info@razorus.com.

To be eligible for a return, the BUYER shall make sure that the returned product and the related commercial invoice for it reaches to SELLER's promises in unused condition with all parts and in original packaging without and damages to it and in the same and re-sellable condition as the BUYER received it. 

For hygienic and sanitary reasons, no items are accepted if the original packaging is opened or the security seal is broken.

The BUYER is responsible for returning the products through a secure shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number. SELLER does not undertake any responsibility for damaged or lost returned merchandise. In case of loss or damage during return, no refund will be issued.

The BUYER is not responsible for return shipping charges for any damaged or defective item or wrong item received from the SELLER.


9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

For the orders including more than one product, the SELLER is entitled to make partial shipments to BUYER's address alongwith the invoice related to that partial shipment. It is BUYER's responsibility to control the completeness of the products in line with the invoice. In case any part is missing, the BUYER shall report it immediately to the SELLER.


10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes that may arise between parties shall be resolved by the courts sitting in the city of Eskişehir, in Turkey and BUYER hereby irrevocably submits to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these Courts.
