WARRANTY & RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By purchasing something from our web-store www.razorus.com , BUYER agrees the terms and conditions for using this website as well as the “Distanced Selling Agreement” which is needed to be confirmed previous to payment for finalization of  purhase orders.

All shipping and transfer costs are born by the BUYER as per the descriptions and conditions declared on SELLER's website.

All purchased products shall be shipped by SELLER in line with the specifications stated in the website as well as the purchase order along with the user’s manuals and warranty certificates if available.

In case of any restriction or unavilability of a product,SELLER reserves the right to limit the provision or quantity of any product to any person or geographic area even if the order has been confirmed and BUYER's credit card has been charged. In such limitation, SELLER undertakes the issuance of an immediate credit to BUYER's credit card account in the amount of cancellation.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS :

In case the detection of any unauthorized use of credit card by the BUYER, after shipping of products, the charge back process shall be started by the bank and the BUYER is oblidged to return the products within three days and in the same, un-used condition, without any damages to the products or to the package of the products.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTROL THE PRODUCTS:

BUYER undertakes the responsibility to check the products at the delivery to BUYER’s address and not to accept any package in case any damage, wear or tear can be detected. BUYER also undertakes to control the products right after the delivery and protect them in best conditions and not to use them in case of any intention to return. When returning the products, the invoices shall be returned as well.

RIGHT OF RETURN:

BUYER reserves the right to return the products within 14 days after delivery of the products to BUYER’s address by completing the “Return Application Form” under “My Orders” page or by applying to SELLER via its contact information below. SELLER agrees to issue a full refund to BUYER’s credit card or other payment system fort he price of any product that BUYER returns and applicable taxes paid to BUYER on the products value (minus the shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes on the shipping and handling charges).

The BUYER is not responsible for return shipping charges for any damaged or defective item or wrong item received from the SELLER.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:

To be eligible for a return, the BUYER shall make sure that the returned product reaches to SELLER's promises in unused condition with all parts and in original packaging without and damages to it and in the same and re-sellable condition as the BUYER received it. 

For hygienic and sanitary reasons, used items cannot be returned.

The BUYER is responsible for returning the products through a secure shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number. SELLER does not undertake any responsibility for damaged or lost returned merchandise. In case of loss or damage during return, no refund will be issued.

BUYER agrees that the order amount and structure changes when a partial return is made and SELLER has the right to reflect the special discounts made in the original order, if the required tresholds are not met by the new order structure. For example the SELLER may apply shipping charges if the remaining order is not above the free shipping treshold.

WARRANTY

Many of the products offered by SELLER include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. SELLER will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however SELLER is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.

Warranty for the products only covers the faulty production by the manufacturer and does not cover the wear and tear by improper use or handling of the products.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes that may arise between parties shall be resolved by the courts sitting in the city of Eskişehir, in Turkey and BUYER hereby irrevocably submits to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these Courts.
