All the products listed in our web-store are available on our shelves will be dispatched in the order of receipt as swiftly as possible.
The payment is expected to be completed for your orders to be approved. Upon approval of your orders, we will start preparing your package and the required international shipping documentation as soon as possible. Orders received within business days (from Monday to Friday) shall be processed latest within two business days. Orders received on statutory holidays or weekends shall be processed latest until the end of second business day right after the holiday or weekend.
All ordered products will be handed over to courier with the same delivery address as you request within your Purchase Order. If you like us to ship your order to a third party person or address, we can do this as well. You will receive an e-mail from us with shipping information when your order is handed over to courier. Please make sure that you or your authorized person is available at your given address on the time of delivery. In case the delivery can not be made due to faulty address or absence of receiver at delivery address your order will be returned. We will then issue a refund, deducting the shipping fees and additional customs charges for sending and returning the package.
Please also make sure that the products in your purchase order are in line with your local rules and regulations in your country. We only collect shipping fees while placement of the orders. If there are additional customs taxes or fees in your country, those are not included in the price and you may be charged for customs taxes or fees by related authorithies in your country.
You can cancel your order before we hand it over to the courier. If you prefer to do so; we will issue a full refund to your credit card immediately.
